This is a developers cartridge made by the only authorized developmental tool creators for Nintendo items, Intelligent Systems. This cartridge would plug directly into a Nintendo 64 to allow for Gameboy cartridges to be displayed on a regular TV, which meant that the game could then be controlled using the N64 controller.
